Last Saturday, my wife and I went to the Indianapolis International Airport to pick up our 22 year old granddaughter. She will be spending three weeks with us and we have just completed week one...what a wonderful week it was.
I have to work during the day so grandma and grandaughter are getting some great quality time; shopping and doing the things that women do...like watching the food channel and creating some great meals when I come home at night...you can't beat that. Great salads, homemade chicken vegetable stoup (yep stoup, a cross between stew and soup), it was fabulous.
Oh yeah, we went to the Home and Garden Show in Indy as well...Whoopee!!!

I'm glad to see Nicole having so much fun. Good luck on teaching her to cook - hope you have good health insurance! I'll have to stop here to see what she's up to - that way I have ammunition to tease her with when she returns!
